Botanicals & Plant Creations

Handmade from locally foraged medicinal plants

Eternally inspired by nature, I spend most of my Spring and Summer listening to plants and drawing on their medicinal powers to help restore my body, mind and foster a deeper connection to Spirit.

Foraging medical plants & herbology is a true passion for mine, allowing for a deeper connection with my environment and accessing alternative points of healing. The process starts with mindful walks connecting with alpine plants, observing the seasons they show up in, always honouring the sacred reciprocity in the relationship with Mother Nature. Sustainable foraging and gratitude are always at the forefront of these connections.

Once foraged, the plants are prepared for drying. They are then separated into herbal blends based on their medicinal properties. After 6-8 weeks of careful infusions these blends will mature into tinctures and botanical oils with various healing properties.

For me it's a time to pause and re-connect.

And that slowness and a huge amount of love and passion definitely make their way into the end product Medicine.
