For people at life’s crossroads, needing a reset to regroup mentally and physically; those needing a break from stress, stimuli overload, busy jobs; for those going through a challenging time of change, dealing with loss, in recovery, needing a break-away from a hectic routine and adrenal fatigue; for people lacking purpose, and looking for inspiration, feeling ‘stuck‘ or lost, experiencing a creative block.
The Experience
Tuning into your Inner Sense - set off on a journey of observing Silence, directing attention inwards, cultivating an embodied mindfulness practice in a beautiful setting of the French & Swiss Alps. During our three day hiking adventure experience having space for contemplation, being with what is, returning into a home of a listening presence whilst surrounded by breathtaking Alpine views. We will be staying in traditional mountain huts, which is a humbling experience in itself and in the duration of the journey you’ll have an opportunity to explore the medicine of social silence, which for some of us is a real luxury in a world filled with unnecessary noise. The journey will feature daily meditative movement practice including embodied mindfulness, Qigong, breathwork & gentle yogic asana.
Why Silence?
Noble Silence is an integral part of many spiritual practices, an essential tool for deep transformation and a powerful Medicine very close to my heart.
Like still water, it reflects things “as they are”, the calming silence helps us to see things more clearly, building a deeper & more meaningful contact with ourselves, those around us and Nature.
Silence gives us a beautiful opportunity to be truly honest with ourselves, about what is holding us back or prevents us from coming close to our own Truth. It’s a practice of surrender and focus, cultivating a present moment awareness to bring about clarity and new perspective.
Silence, one of my key practices for connecting back to myself, staying present, grounded in self-awareness and consciousness.
You might end up returning with fresh perspectives, sharpened senses, a deeper, more connected knowing of the Self and a sense of remembrance, especially if you are finding yourself at life’s crossroads.
